At ZipNom Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are a fast-growing IT services and solutions company working with startups, SMEs, and global enterprises. As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Intern to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting, compliance, and reporting activities.

Role Overview

This internship offers practical exposure to accounting and finance operations in a startup environment. The intern will work closely with our finance team to gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records
• Work on GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filing
• Support invoice preparation, vendor reconciliation, and client billing
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Work with MS Excel, Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
• Coordinate with auditors and help in documentation
• Research and support finance team on process improvements

Requirements

• Pursuing B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CS/CMA or related degree
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks preferred)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
