Full Stack Developer

who can take complete ownership of scalable web applications — from architecture to deployment. This role is ideal for engineers who love solving complex problems, shipping high-quality products, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role

As a core member of our engineering team, you’ll lead development for full-stack platforms across industries like healthcare, travel, edtech, AI, and enterprise SaaS. You'll architect frontend/backend layers, optimize performance, and implement secure, scalable systems that are production-grade and investor-ready.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React/Next.js and Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI
• Architect scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs with authentication, role management, and caching
• Integrate with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or Redis for high availability
• Work on frontend performance optimization, SSR, lazy loading, and accessibility best practices
• Lead architecture decisions for microservices or monolithic stacks, depending on project scope
• Write reusable component libraries, utility functions, and helper modules
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, UI/UX, and business teams for tight feedback loops
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and deployment failures
• Write testable, well-documented code with unit/integration tests
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker)
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring juniors when needed

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5 years of solid full-stack development experience in production environments
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js
• Deep backend experience with Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI
• Strong SQL/NoSQL database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Redis)
• REST API & GraphQL design experience, including API versioning and documentation
• Git-based workflow, GitHub/GitLab, and branching strategies
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Vercel)
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth2), RBAC, and security best practices
• Experience with Docker, basic DevOps, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Performance tuning for large-scale frontend and backend systems

Bonus Points:

• Experience building SaaS products or multi-tenant systems
• Familiarity with WebSockets, Stripe/PayPal integrations, or file processing pipelines
• Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Knowledge of advanced caching, queuing (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ), or Pub/Sub systems
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum and project collaboration tools like Notion, Jira, or Trello
