We’re looking for a proactive International Sales Executive to help us grow our software services business. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end sales efforts—finding leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals. You'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team and play a key role in shaping our growth strategy. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for software services. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers. Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records. Qualifications Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales , specifically selling software services or IT consulting solutions . Familiarity with technologies such as cloud platforms, AI, DevOps, etc. Existing client relationships or industry connections are a strong plus. Strong organizational and time management skills in managing pipelines and forecasts. Ability to analyze client requirements , identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong experience with the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
