We are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts across all digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and strategic aspects of SEO and is passionate about driving organic growth in a competitive digital landscape.

About the Role

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for improving our website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing our content for both users and search engines. You will collaborate closely with content writers, web developers, and marketing teams to execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and domain authority
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable insights for technical improvements
• Optimize content for relevant keywords, metadata, heading structure, schema markup, and internal linking
• Collaborate with content writers to create high-performing, SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and case studies
• Manage and grow backlink profiles through ethical link-building strategies and outreach
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure continuous performance improvement
• Coordinate with frontend and backend teams to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, etc.)
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
• Lead local SEO optimization for business listings and maps
• Develop SEO guidelines and educate internal teams on best practices

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO strategy, execution, and performance tracking
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency in keyword research tools and content optimization best practices
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for SEO
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and Page Speed Optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach

Bonus Points

• Experience with B2B or SaaS SEO strategies
• Prior work in an agency or IT services company
• Knowledge of schema markup, rich snippets, and SEO automation tools
• Experience with YouTube SEO and video optimization
• Google Analytics & HubSpot/Zoho certifications
