We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA)

About the Role

As a BDA


Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, email campaigns, outbound calls, and startup directories
  • Research and qualify potential clients across startups, SMEs, and enterprise sectors
  • Pitch ZipNom’s services to decision-makers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to craft tailored proposals
  • Follow up consistently and manage relationships through CRM tools
  • Work with the marketing team to refine messaging and identify high-potential outreach channels
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and opportunities created
  • Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and sales documents
  • Participate in client calls, demos, and requirement-gathering discussions
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and provide weekly reports to leadership



Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B Service Based Sales, Business Development, or IT Services Sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of IT services like Web, Mobile App, AI/ML, SaaS, and Cloud Solutions
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and suggest suitable tech solutions
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn technical concepts and keep up with IT industry trends

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
  • Experience in Service based sales (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with proposal writing, quotations, and pricing models
  • Prior experience working with a startup or a tech agency
  • Basic understanding of project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira
