- Counselling students and providing basic information over the phone regarding the suitable programs.- Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided- The process involves guiding the students, follow-up with the student, solving students queries and handling registrations.- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.- Align pre-sales activities such as demos with Trainers.- Achieving sales targets on monthly basisWhat Makes You A Great Fit :
- 1 year of experience in doing B2C sales for edtech
- Knowledge about UPSC CSE examination are preferred- Strong communication on phone and emails- Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students- Ability to adapt to an online selling process and work in target-oriented environment- Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools.- Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills.- Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets.
