About CredX

CredX is building a verification-first hiring platform that helps employers hire faster and smarter through verified profiles, structured hiring workflows, and smart sourcing. We’re scaling our India employer acquisition engine and building a high-performance outbound motion.


Role Summary

As a Lead Generation Specialist at CredX, you will build and own the lead intelligence engine that fuels our SDR team finding the right companies and decision-makers at the right time using hiring signals, research, enrichment, and automation.


Key Responsibilities

1) Signal-Based Lead Discovery (Core)

  • Identify high-intent employer targets using real signals:
  • Active job postings, hiring sprees, new TA/HR leadership hires
  • Recently funded companies, new office expansion, headcount growth
  • High-volume hiring consultancies / staffing firms expanding
  • Build ICP-based target lists by segment (IT services, product companies, startups, consultancies)

2) List Building + Data Enrichment

  • Generate accurate contact lists for decision makers:
  • Founders, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruitment Leads, Consultancy Owners
  • Enrich leads with validated data (email, phone, LinkedIn URL, company size, hiring volume, location, industry)
  • Maintain lead quality standards and reduce bounce/invalid rates

3) Outreach Infrastructure Support

  • Work closely with SDRs to supply:
  • Daily lead queues
  • Account research notes (context for personalization)
  • Objection insights & competitor notes
  • Set up and optimize outbound sequences (email/LinkedIn) with the sales lead

4) CRM Hygiene + Data Operations

  • Keep the CRM clean and usable:
  • Deduplication, tagging, segmentation, lead routing
  • Pipeline attribution (lead source, signal type, segment)
  • Build dashboards/reporting for lead quality + conversion

5) Automation (Big Advantage)

  • Use tools and automations to scale lead creation:
  • LinkedIn workflows, enrichment tools, scraping where compliant
  • Email verification and deliverability hygiene
  • Process improvements to increase leads/day without sacrificing quality


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–4 years experience in lead generation / growth ops / SDR support / research
  • Strong research mindset: ability to find high-quality targets beyond obvious filters
  • Excellent attention to detail (data accuracy matters)
  • Understanding of B2B buyer roles: HR/TA, founders, consultancy owners
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets + CRM systems
  • Process-driven and consistent execution


Great-to-Have (Strong Preference)

  • Experience with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Lusha, Seamless, ZoomInfo (any)
  • Familiarity with email verification tools and deliverability basics
  • Automation mindset (workflows, scraping, enrichment pipelines—within legal/ToS constraints)
  • Prior experience supporting SDR/BDR teams in SaaS, staffing, recruitment, HR tech


Performance Expectations

  • Deliver 200–350 high-quality leads/day (depending on segment)
  • Maintain lead accuracy benchmarks:
  • Email validity and low bounce rates
  • Correct decision-maker mapping
  • Consistent tagging/segmentation
  • Improve month-over-month:
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Meeting show-up rate (through better targeting signals)
