QGroup is hiring experienced Lead generation/ Phone Marketing- Executive for Kolkata Location .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients (e.g., commercial properties, large corporations) needing FM services (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) using primary/secondary research and existing databases.
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media to generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline - BANT) and gather essential client information.
• Schedule initial meetings, demos, or consultations between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead activities and statuses in the CRM system.
• : Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the facilities management sector.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in tele sales, B2B sales, or a related role, preferably in services or facilities management.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets

Eligibility & Fitment:

Around 1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience.

• Comfortable in English with any Hindi/ Bengali(other languages are a bonus).
• Basic knowledge of tele calling, phone marketing and customer handling .
• Fluency with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Great communication skills (both written and verbal).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
