Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation via Cold Calling and LinkedIn:

    Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms.

  • Identify and Strategize Lead Sources:

    Research and identify new sources for generating leads and implement strategies to find qualified prospects.

  • Email Marketing Follow-up:

    Send targeted marketing emails, follow-up emails, and ensure proper lead nurturing.

  • Attend Exhibitions and Tradeshows:

    Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and tradeshows to generate new leads and expand the company s network.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team:

    Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute insights for improving lead conversion rates.

  • Database Management:

    Maintain and manage CRM databases to ensure all leads are accurately tracked, segmented, and nurtured.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in the SaaS, software, or ERP industry.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Solid experience in market research, database management, and lead qualification processes.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work closely with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS, Software, or ERP solutions to businesses.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead tracking and nurturing.
