About the Role

We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to spearhead our outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. This role is pivotal in identifying high-quality leads, nurturing early-stage relationships, and fuelling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to design and execute campaigns that convert curiosity into conversations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (email, LinkedIn, events, content syndication, etc.)
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, data platforms, and market research.
  • Qualify leads through structured outreach, discovery calls, and tailored messaging to targeted industries such as Technology, Telecom, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Industrial & Electronics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with buyer personas and funnel stages
  • Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.)
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools to refine outreach tactics
  • Support sales enablement with insights, scripts, and lead intelligence


What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, demand gen, or sales development (5+ years preferred)
  • Experience in driving end to end lead generation activities to the above industries.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead gen tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to craft compelling outreach that resonates
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for testing, iterating, and optimizing campaigns
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
