Role Overview As a GCC Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise leadership, guiding the design, optimization, and evolution of Global Capability Centres across geographies. This role blends strategic consulting, transformation advisory, and stakeholder engagement—ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and global delivery. Key Responsibilities Advise CXOs and transformation leaders on GCC setup, scaling, and maturity models Design and refine operating frameworks for multi-functional GCCs (e.g., Delivery Operations, Technology, IT, Finance, Analytics, ESG, Legal and other related aspects) Lead capability assessments, benchmarking, and location strategy evaluations Facilitate cross-border teaming agreements, governance structures, and risk mitigation plans Develop talent strategies, including leadership pipelines, succession planning, and skill mapping Align GCC objectives with enterprise-wide digital transformation, sustainability, and innovation goals Support executive communications, stakeholder alignment, and change management initiatives Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and value realization across GCC portfolios Ideal Profile 10+ years in strategy consulting, global operations, or transformation advisory Proven experience with GCCs, shared services, or global delivery models Strong understanding of legal frameworks, teaming agreements, and cross-border compliance Exceptional communication skills—able to influence C-suite and functional leaders Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and stakeholder diplomacy Familiarity with ESG, digital transformation, and emerging tech ecosystems is a plus Why This Role Matters Global Capability Centres are no longer cost arbitrage hubs—they’re strategic engines of innovation, resilience, and transformation. About the Role We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to spearhead our outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. This role is pivotal in identifying high-quality leads, nurturing early-stage relationships, and fuelling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to design and execute campaigns that convert curiosity into conversations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (email, LinkedIn, events, content syndication, etc.) Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, data platforms, and market research.
