Lead Generation Expert

As an Organic Lead Generation Specialist, your role will involve planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as web, social media, and display advertising. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong social media presence, measuring campaign performance, and reporting on the results. Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication is a key aspect of this role. You will set clear goals for the team, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and motivate team members to achieve their objectives. Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments are important aspects of fostering a positive team dynamic. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of a Graduate or Post Graduate degree. Being talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative will be advantageous. Knowledge of the Global Market, particularly in Forex & Comex, is desirable. Fluent English communication skills and a background in sales and marketing are also essential for this role.
