Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to help expand our client base. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for identifying and nurturing leads, driving sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the business. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various channels, building strong client relationships, and supporting our sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads using different channels like email, cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant methods.
• Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for further conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Continuously optimize lead generation efforts based on results and feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Salary & Incentives:

• Competitive monthly salary in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹22,000, based on experience.
