Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in B2B lead research and outbound outreach. The role involves identifying potential clients, building accurate prospect lists, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads using multiple sourcing and engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn search and other online platforms
  • Use tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Uplead, and Clutch for data mining and contact research
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with verified contact details
  • Execute cold email campaigns and follow-ups to initiate conversations with prospects
  • Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and compliance while sourcing leads
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand target industries and buyer personas
  • Track and report lead generation activities and outcomes on a regular basis
  • Continuously optimize lead sourcing strategies to improve response and conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in B2B
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead sourcing tools
  • Working knowledge of ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Uplead, and Clutch
  • Experience in drafting and executing cold email campaigns
  • Good understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound sales processes
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability and outreach best practices
  • Experience in IT services or staffing industry is a plus
