Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 23 years of hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads for an Ayurveda / healthcare tele-calling business. The role will focus on sourcing, qualifying, and managing B2C consultation leads while also supporting B2B lead generation for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

B2C Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

- Generate qualified leads for Ayurveda doctor consultations and tele-sales teams
- Source leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google lead forms, websites, WhatsApp, chatbots, and retargeting campaigns - Ensure lead quality, intent validation, and correct tagging - Coordinate with tele-calling and doctor consultation teams - Track daily lead volumes, CPL, and conversion feedback

B2B Lead Generation (Secondary)

- Generate B2B leads for distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and wellness partners
- Work on India and international markets (US, EU, UK, GCC, Africa preferred) - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, B2B platforms, and databases - Maintain structured B2B lead lists with decision-maker details

Lead Management & Reporting

- Update and manage leads in CRM tools (Odoo / HubSpot / Sheets)
- Track lead status, source, and conversion outcome - Share daily and weekly performance reports - Suggest optimizations for underperforming lead sources

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years experience in lead generation for Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness brands
- Strong understanding of tele-calling sales models - Hands-on experience with lead forms, landing pages, and CRMs - Ability to work closely with sales teams - B2B lead generation experience is an added advantage
