Job Description

Role Overview:

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
cold calls
to prospective clients in the US market within AEC and Product Engineering sectors.
Research and identify potential customers through industry databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Qualify leads based on business needs and project requirements.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and provide regular activity reports.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience
in lead generation and cold calling for US-based projects.
Strong understanding of
AEC and Product Engineering services
and related business models.
Excellent communication skills with a neutral/US accent preferred.
Ability to work in
US time zones (night shifts)
.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT services, engineering solutions, or staffing for AEC/Product Engineering domains.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools.
