✨ Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our clients by generating high-quality leads through telemarketing and outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate should be articulate, tech-savvy, highly motivated, and capable of executing targeted B2B demand-generation initiatives.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for multiple client projects through telemarketing and outbound calling.
Execute B2B outreach campaigns including HQL, SQL, and Appointment Generation.
Conduct contact discovery and data enrichment using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Appolo etc.
Maintain daily productivity targets and deliver campaigns within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
📌 Required Skills & Qualifications
A natural people-person with a positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiastic personality.
Strong verbal communication abilities with a professional and polished tone.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technology concepts.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Practical experience handling complex B2B lead generation campaigns.
Proven ability in HQL, SQL, and appointment-setting processes.
Strong research skills for identifying prospects through tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
Problem-solving mindset with the confidence to handle objections.
