About the Opportunity

We operate in the enterprise AI and technology solutions sector, building data-driven products and services that accelerate client growth and operational efficiency. Our teams sell B2B SaaS and AI-enabled solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers across industries.

Neuraleap Technologies Group is hiring an on-site Lead Generation Executive based in India to drive outbound prospecting, build a healthy sales pipeline, and hand off qualified opportunities to field sales teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across phone, email and LinkedIn to generate qualified B2B leads and appointment opportunities for Account Executives.

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM, logging activities, tracking lead stages and ensuring data hygiene.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks (e. g. , BANT) and route high-potential opportunities to the sales team with clear briefing notes.

  • Create, test and optimise outreach sequences (cold email, call scripts, LinkedIn messaging) to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, share lead insights, and support campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing programs.

  • Report weekly performance metrics (leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value) and suggest process improvements to hit targets.

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Google Sheets


Preferred


  • Experience selling or generating leads for B2B SaaS / enterprise technology solutions

  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft)

  • Basic CRM reporting and sales-analytics experience
