Our sales come from India-MART + Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads, and we care about lead quality, not vanity metrics. We’re looking for someone who can build, optimize, and scale Meta ad funnels that generate serious wholesale buyers — not time-pass enquiries. What You’ll Do Plan and run Meta ads focused on WhatsApp & lead generation Convert IndiaMART leads into Custom & Lookalike Audiences Build and manage: Lookalike campaigns Interest-based B2B/B2C campaigns Retargeting campaigns Reduce junk leads using: Smart targeting Creative messaging (MOQ, price range, business-only hooks) Funnel & WhatsApp qualification logic Coordinate creative requirements (reels, carousels, catalogs) Track performance beyond clicks: Lead quality Cost per qualified lead Conversion to actual buyers What We Expect Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Clear understanding of: Custom Audiences & Lookalikes Pixel & basic CAPI WhatsApp conversion tracking Retargeting logic Experience in B2B / wholesale / reseller / manufacturing niches Ability to explain why something works — not just what you did Fast execution and weekly optimization mindset We Don’t Want ❌ Social media posting / hashtag experts ❌ “Boost post” marketers ❌ People obsessed with likes, reach, or followers ❌ Anyone who can’t talk about CPL, CTR, audience quality, and conversion logic Nice to Have Worked with textile, apparel, jewelry, FMCG wholesale, or manufacturing brands Experience with WhatsApp funnels or CRMs Meta Blueprint certification (optional) Compensation Fixed + performance incentive (preferred) Connect Us if you find this post is suitable to your skill...
