Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential US-based customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Record all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a related role (preferably focused on the US market).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Multilingual candidates will have a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
