We Are Hiring: Experienced MEP BIM Modelers We are looking for experienced BIM professionals specialized in the following disciplines: Mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting) Electrical (lighting, power, ELV, containment) PHE (public health engineering – water supply, drainage, sewerage, STP/ETP, RWH) Key Responsibilities Develop and manage coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit MEP Generate detailed shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks Collaborate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines for integrated modeling Adhere to BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, and client-specific standards Extract BOQs, quantities, and schedules from models Follow applicable codes and standards (IS, NBC, CPHEEO, and international codes where relevant) Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering 3–10 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM Modeling Proficiency in Revit MEP is mandatory Working knowledge of Navisworks , AutoCAD , and BIM coordination workflows Sound understanding of respective domain systems and design practices Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred (Bonus) Skills Experience with international codes (IPC, UPC, BS) Familiarity with tools like WaterCAD , EPANET Exposure to green building design (LEED/IGBC) Why Join 18 Infratech?
