We Are Hiring: Experienced MEP BIM Modelers

experienced BIM professionals

• Mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting)

• Electrical (lighting, power, ELV, containment)

• PHE (public health engineering – water supply, drainage, sewerage, STP/ETP, RWH)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage coordinated

  MEP BIM models

  using

  Revit MEP

• Generate detailed shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams
• Perform

  clash detection

  and resolve issues using

  Navisworks

• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines for integrated modeling
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, and client-specific standards
• Extract

  BOQs, quantities, and schedules

  from models
• Follow applicable

  codes and standards

  (IS, NBC, CPHEEO, and international codes where relevant)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in

  Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

• 3–10 years of hands-on experience in

  MEP BIM Modeling

• Proficiency in Revit MEP

  is

  mandatory

• Working knowledge of

  Navisworks

  ,

  AutoCAD

  , and BIM coordination workflows
• Sound understanding of respective domain systems and design practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with

  international codes

  (IPC, UPC, BS)
• Familiarity with tools like

  WaterCAD

  ,

  EPANET

• Exposure to

  green building design

  (LEED/IGBC)
