Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop accurate
3D BIM models
for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using
Revit MEP
and
AutoCAD MEP
.
Create and modify
Revit families
,
worksets
, schedules, parameters, and formulas based on project requirements.
Set up and manage
project templates, views, sheets, filters, and documentation sets
.
Generate coordinated
shop drawings, installation drawings
, and
as-built documentation
.
Perform
clash detection
using
Navisworks
, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Follow
project-specific BIM execution plans
and ensure compliance with
international BIM standards
(US, UK, ANZ).
Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with team leads and designers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
