BIM Modeler - Freelancer Chennai 3 - 5 years INR 1.0 - 1.25 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities CNS ME India is looking for freelancers in the - BIM, Auto CAD, Civil 3D - Structural, Architectural, Joinery, Fit out, MEP, HVAC, ELV & Landscaping. - Project Period 3-6 Months (Onsite Opportunities Available in Dubai) - Working Hours 9 Hours Per Day - Experience Required - 3 5 Years GCC/UAE/Dubai Project Experience - Working Mode Remote and from Office (Chennai) - Pre-Requisite Should have Desktop or Laptop that will support BIM and AutoCAD application Monthly Salary 5000 AED (Approx. 1,16,000 INR before tax) Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in working on BIM, AutoCAD & Civil 3D with In-depth understanding of technical details, joinery, and design elements. Strong experience with BIM software, including but not limited to BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit, and Revizto. Background in design consultancy, with a strong focus on Structural, architectural, MEP, HVAC, Joinery, Fit out, Landscaping, ELV and interior design processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve complex technical and design challenges. Familiarity with general BIM standards and industry best practices. Experience in automating workflows to improve project efficiency. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables. Experience in developing models with COBie data exports for facility management and project handover.

Role & responsibilities Develop, manage and update BIM models for landscape Softscape, Hardscape, Swimming Pool & Water Feature. Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards. Perform clash detection and resolution using software such as Navisworks, Revit and BIM 360 /ACC. Coordinate with MEP trades to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration. Follows guidelines from BIM Coordinator and engineers on BIM workflows and software tools. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering. 5+ years of experience in Landscape BIM coordination in construction design. The Architectural BIM Modeler is responsible for the development, coordination and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for architecture in construction projects.
