Landscape BIM Modeler

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, manage and update BIM models for landscape Softscape, Hardscape, Swimming Pool & Water Feature.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using software such as Navisworks, Revit and BIM 360 /ACC.
• Coordinate with MEP trades to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration.
• Follows guidelines from BIM Coordinator and engineers on BIM workflows and software tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• 5+ years

  of experience in Landscape BIM coordination in construction design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of middle east drawing submission standards corresponding to LOD 200 to 350.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination, and resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
