Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Produce precise 2D rebar shop drawings using CAD software.
Develop detailed schedules that specify the type, size, length, and bending requirements for each rebar.
Accurately calculate the required quantities of rebar and other accessories for a project to assist with material estimation and procurement.
Adhere to industry standards and building codes as per Dubai standards.
Modify and update drawings as per design changes or client requirements.
Follows guidelines from coordinator and engineers on workflows and software tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/ bachelors in civil engineering.
5+ years of experience in structural drafting and rebar detailing in middle east projects.
Strong understanding of middle east drawing submission standards in Shop drawing stage.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
