Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage HVAC models using
Revit MEP
or other BIM tools.
Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, and schedules from the BIM model.
Ensure all HVAC models comply with company and project BIM standards.
Collaborate with other discipline modelers (Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing) to resolve clashes.
Generate fabrication drawings and detailed layouts for HVAC systems.
Update and maintain models as per design changes and client comments.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.
Assist in creating project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP).
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain model version control.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–9 years of experience in BIM HVAC modeling.
Proficiency in
Revit MEP
,
Navisworks
, and
AutoCAD
.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment layouts).
Familiarity with Middle East project standards
