Role & Responsibilities

BIM 360 model setup, updates, and coordination
2D/3D modeling and visualizations (Revit/SketchUp)
CAD drafting and sheet production (AutoCAD)
Assist with BOQs, schedules, redlines, and QA/QC
Documentation and naming per US/UK/AUS standards (preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch/B-Tech/Diploma Civil

Software: Revit, AutoCAD; plus SketchUp

Detail-oriented, good communication

Nice to have

Navisworks/Clash checks.

Familiarity with AIA/US CAD standards, BS 1192/ISO 19650 (UK), and AU conventions
