About the Role

Digital Marketing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities


Client & Project Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations.
  • Lead client meetings, performance review calls, and present campaign strategies, updates, and reports.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing projects across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure campaigns are completed on time, within scope, and deliver measurable results.


Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Design, and

    Content

    to ensure project alignment.
  • Lead the

    content team

    to plan and deliver engaging, SEO-friendly content aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Assign, track, and review tasks across departments to ensure consistent quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct regular internal meetings to ensure team alignment, progress tracking, and problem-solving.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution and client communication.

Strategic & Analytical Involvement

  • Collaborate with senior strategists to build and refine multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics across all channels and generate actionable insights.
  • Review and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients and leadership.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing digital marketing projects in an agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in coordinating SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Experience handling client calls, managing feedback loops, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
