Position Overview

The Lead – Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and attracting talent across the globe. This role oversees all digital channels, manages cross-functional campaigns, and uses data-driven insights to enhance performance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead annual and quarterly digital planning, including budgets, KPIs, and channel selection.
  • Identify new digital opportunities, technologies, and growth channels.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Oversee performance marketing (SEM, display, retargeting, paid social).
  • Manage content marketing initiatives including blogs, videos, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Drive SEO/ASO strategies to improve organic visibility.

3. Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign ROI, and funnel performance; provide actionable insights.
  • 4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and performance marketers.

    5. Brand & Online Presence Management

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
    • Oversee social media strategy, online reputation management, and community engagement.
    • Drive innovation in digital brand storytelling and customer engagement.

    6. Marketing Technology & Tools

    • Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems.
    • Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and industry trends.
    • Ensure data privacy compliance and best practices in digital governance.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 6–10+ years of digital marketing experience.
    • Proven success running end-to-end digital campaigns and managing large budgets.

    Technical Skills

    • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio), CMS, and CRM systems.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimization.

    Soft Skills

    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver under deadlines.
