Lead- Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute the banks digital marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Lead and manage digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, display, email, and content marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective digital campaigns.
• Oversee website and app marketing initiatives, ensuring optimization for traffic, leads, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to design campaigns for savings, deposits,loans, credit cards, and new product launches.
• Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI across channels.
• Guide and mentor the digital marketing team in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Establish strong analytics, reporting, and attribution models to track digital performance and business contribution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines across all digital nitiatives.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior shifts to innovate marketing practices.
• Manage relationships with agencies, publishers, and digital platforms for effective execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Expertise in digital strategy, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and social media.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics,Data Studio, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Ability to translate business objectives into digital campaigns with clear KPIs.
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Vendor and agency management expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to adopt emerging digital trends.

Experience & Certifications:

• Graduate /Post Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, or related areas advantageous.
