About the Role:

Digital Marketing Team Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team (in-house + vendors).
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

    , and

    LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Design and implement

    SMM strategies

    to grow community engagement and reach on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Optimise paid media performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure social media content aligns with business goals and the target audience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to support SEM efforts and improve ad performance quality scores.
  • Track and report on key SMM & SEM metrics using tools like

    Google Analytics (GA4)

    Meta Business Suite

    ,

    LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure branding consistency and lead quality.
