Role Overview


Lead – Client Solutions

expanding Ensemble’s presence


Key Responsibilities


🔹 Sales & Business Development

·      Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across target sectors.

·      Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

·      Engage with CXO-level decision-makers to understand requirements and position Ensemble’s solutions.

·      Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver winning client proposals and pitches.

·      Create Account-Based Strategies (ABS) for high-value clients to drive long-term partnerships.

·      Represent Ensemble at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.


🔹 Client Relationship Management

·      Build strong, lasting client relationships ensuring repeat business.

·      Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

·      Manage key accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

·      Track client engagement metrics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


🔹 CRM & Data Management

·      Manage Salesforce CRM for sales pipeline tracking and reporting.

·      Maintain accurate client and lead data; ensure segmentation for targeted outreach.

·      Leverage databases (LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha) for prospect identification and business opportunities.


🔹 Reporting & Insights

·      Track sales performance against targets and present regular updates to management.

·      Provide market intelligence on emerging opportunities in real estate, IT, and GCC sectors.

·      Use analytics to support sales strategies and enhance conversion ratios.


Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

·      3–5 years of experience in sales, client solutions, or business development.

·      Prior exposure to design & build, workplace solutions, or B2B corporate sales is highly preferred.
