Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of the company's client base. Daily tasks include market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall strategy of the business development department.

• Market Research and Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project Management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in the construction, design, or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
