Focus
Developing and executing market development strategies for Fluorine Products to expand business. Role will also involve maintaining existing business and grow organically.Key Responsibilities
Business DevelopmentCreate business development strategies to increase company revenue and brand value.Develop and manage a pipeline of potential new opportunities, new accounts and commercialize them.Advise on current industry trends and support the development of growth strategies. Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth.Work with strategic marketing and LOB to develop strategic plans that outline positioning, customer segment opportunity, products, pricing, campaigns, and detailed competitive analysis.Collaborate with internal teams, including products teams, technical sales consultants, and marketing, to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new business opportunities and partnerships in the regionWork with other divisions within the company to leverage synergies and expand thecompany's offerings in their specific business unit as One Honeywell.Sales ActivitiesMeet new customers and expand customer baseTo maintain and develop relationships with existing customersResponsible to meet annual revenue and profitability goalsResponsible for accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in territory / segmentWell conversant with Key Account ManagementConversant with CRM , forecasting toolEnsure Order log-in as per Commercial PolicyMeeting Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly CommitmentsReview of Ageing of channel partners and customers and ensure DSO is maintainedWorking with a Growth Mindset to exceed AOP PlansChannel ManagementLiaising with Channel partner(s) to carry out regular sales activitiesIncrease presence in Market through effective Channel ManagementEnsure timely and regular channel CommunicationsSupport Channels in achieving their Goals by providing business supportEnsure adherence to agreed Commercial RequirementsEnsuring that Channel Partner achieves its Qtrly AOPProduct PromotionsTake ownership to promote Honeywell brandParticipate in seminars and industry events to represent Honeywell in refrigerant industryConduct periodical meets with OEMS , End customers and other Key InfluencersIdentify and drive innovative ways to improve market shareQualifications
Key Experience & Capabilities:Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.Strong understanding of refrigerant industry & understanding of relevant OEM market and productsDemonstrated the ability to develop relationships with decision-makersWork experience in matrix organization where strong coordination between different stake holders is required .Experience in meeting tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communicationSelf- starter, who thrives in an ever-evolving and dynamic sales environment
