Job Description

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Lead Account Analyst - KPO to join our KPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading analytics for KPO accounts.

This is an excellent Mid-Senior level opportunity for a candidate who thrives in high-energy environments and collaborates well with internal teams. The position requires a candidate comfortable with technical skills in accounting and tax preparation.

A Day on The Job Looks Like This

• Work with large datasets and organize, clean, and analyze data in Excel.
• Utilize Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data processing.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries based on project requirements.
• Communicate findings and updates in basic English via email, chat, or documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of analytics experience with a proven track record of success with data, analytics, and reporting
• Yardi/Timberline (Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate) experience – Ideal but not a must
• CA Inter pursuing/cleared – Ideal but not a must
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.). -MUST
• Basic English reading and writing skills for communication.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data trends.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Prior experience in data analysis or report generation is a plus.
