Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance against these financial targets.

Audit Preparation:

• Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to provide required documentation and ensure a smooth audit.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes. Stay updated on tax regulations and implement necessary changes.

Internal Controls:

• Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with regulations.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in day-to-day accounting activities and professional development.

Month-end Close:

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports for management review.

Advisory Role:

• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Masters in Accountancy/CA-Inter/CA Qualified with Team Handling Experience.

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.

2. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

4. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
