Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laundryman to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling laundry services, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the washing, cleaning, and maintenance of hotel linen and guest laundry.
Ensure high-quality service delivery by inspecting and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless laundry service operations.
Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Implement effective laundry washing techniques to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Laundryman or in a related field within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong knowledge of laundry washing procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
