Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Laundry Associate in Ananta hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Familiarity with laundry washing and cleaning procedures is an advantage.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as laundry bags and cleaning equipment.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest handling procedures is beneficial.
