The role involves driving sales, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and technical sales expertise. The role involves driving sales, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and technical sales expertise. Role Expectations: 1) Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow business with OEM customers. 2) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM clients 3) Identify new business opportunities and work on customer acquisition strategies. 4) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction. 5) Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to drive revenue growth. 6) Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using Uni Klinger’s product range. 7) Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 8) Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer service. 9) Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and key account activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, valves, gaskets, steam engineering solutions, or related sectors. •Strong experience in handling OEM accounts with a proven sales track record. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. •Ability to work independently and drive business growth in the assigned territory. •Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. •Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
