Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, setting and tracking goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Tasks will include coordinating projects, analyzing performance metrics, developing strategies to improve productivity, and facilitating effective communication among team members. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in budget management and resource allocation.
