Role Overview:

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end

  P&L for the Nykaa channel

  (minimum 1.5–2 years’ experience), driving consistent sales growth and profitability.
• Drive brand presence in the

  Beauty & Personal Care (BPC)

  category with strategic plans and flawless execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Nykaa category managers to secure

  premium visibility slots, marketing opportunities, and exclusive partnerships.

• Scale sales and market share for the brand while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze key performance metrics (sales trends, AOV, conversion rates, competition mapping) and present actionable insights via

  weekly/monthly dashboards

  for leadership.
• Manage operational processes including

  POs, GRNs, stock forecasting, supply chain coordination, and reconciliation of claims/debit notes.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with

  supply chain, finance, design, and marketing teams

  for smooth execution.
• Identify growth opportunities, negotiate platform terms, and implement innovative campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.
• Keep track of competitor activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management, with

  at least 1.5–2 years of direct Nykaa channel management.

• Strong knowledge of the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) category.
• Proven track record of delivering

  sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence

  on Nykaa.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
