About the Role : We are seeking results-driven professional to lead or be part of the client acquisition team and relationship management in the NBFC, MFI, and lending ecosystem. The ideal candidate will excel in building partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue across business lines. Role & responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the NBFC, MFI, brokers, and credit lending space, focusing on promoting and selling Group Insurance Solutionslike Group Credit Life. This team will also be responsible for selling Insurance Tech, and B2C solutions. Maintain a strong lead pipeline to maximize revenue through new clients, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in case of senior role in the team. Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery of Group Credit Life or other products while driving profitability through mutually beneficial, vision- aligned deals.
