Job Description

Key Responsibilities
● Meet the talent acquisition needs through conventional and innovative selection mechanismsfrom sourcing to screening and onboarding.● Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencingthe key talent, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.● Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience, building brand equity through campus &social media connects and ensuring effective employee communications.● Execute the HR processes of Performance Management, and others in letter & spirit.● Maintain and publish HR trackers and dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.What you MUST have
● High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in fast paced, start-up ecosystem.● Graduate / post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the“degree” credential.● Problem solving approach, ability to take ownership and collaborating with stakeholders with business goals in mind

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
