Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Kitchen, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances in a professional manner
  • Organize employee welfare and engagement activities
  • Support management in maintaining a positive work environment

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and maintain employee database
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and statutory deductions

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain all statutory records (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with hotel HR policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist during audits

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions
  • Maintain training records and performance evaluation reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,905.55 - ₹15,524.69 per month
