Job Description

1. Attendance & Time Management

  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance records using biometric or other time-tracking systems.
  • Regularly verify attendance logs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage shift schedules, rosters, and weekly offs.
  • Track late coming, early leaving, overtime, and absences.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for HR and payroll processing.

3. Payroll Coordination

  • Compile attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll.
  • Support payroll team in ensuring accuracy of salary calculations.
  • Verify attendance and time-related data before monthly payroll closure.

6. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and share time office MIS reports with HR and management.
  • Maintain updated attendance master data and ensure accuracy.
