Job Description – Brand & Category Manager Experience: 3+ years post-MBA (open to senior roles for more experienced candidates) Role Overview As a Brand & Category Manager , you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and consumer engagement across one or more categories. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of your category while collaborating cross-functionally with product, growth, creative, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the brand and category strategy to achieve business goals. Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with product development to design and launch new SKUs aligned with market needs. Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. Own the P&L of the assigned category, driving both topline growth and margin improvements. Collaborate with e-commerce and marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Quick Commerce platforms) to optimize presence and sales. Develop pricing, promotions, and GTM strategies for the category.
