Key Account Manager

You will be joining Magnon Group as a Senior Client Servicing professional, where your main responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with B2B SaaS clients. Your role will involve acting as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, content, and tech teams. You will be in charge of managing and streamlining end-to-end creative workflows from brief to delivery, ensuring project timelines, scopes, and quality standards are consistently met. Your expertise in optimizing and documenting processes for efficiency and scalability will be crucial. Additionally, you will drive collaboration and accountability across multiple departments, monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with client objectives.
