Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Associate- F&B Service at The Fern Residency. This role is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service in the food and beverage department.
Assist in preparing and serving high-quality dishes and beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
