Responsible for Quality Audits of the transactions completed by Associates as needed and also take care of the hiring process by producing offer letters, conducting reference checks, scheduling phone screens, scheduling interviews, as well as initiating and tracking background checks and any hiring assessments.Provide general support to recruiters using appropriate communication means and prioritizing requests to meet service level.
